April 14, 2003 — David Elliott and Paul Lovett (Neighborhood Watch) have been hired by Revolution Studios to write the script for Knight Rider. The film is planned as an action/comedy.
The TV series ran on NBC from 1982 to 1986, revolving around David Hasselhoff's Michael Knight and his talking car K.I.T.T., a sleek black Pontiac Trans Am, as they fight crime.
