December 5, 2007 — Gregg Goldstein reports: " "Las Vegas" star Molly Sims has landed roles in two big-screen comedies: Peyton Reed's "Yes Man," opposite Jim Carrey, and Harald Zwart's "Pink Panther 2," starring Steve Martin. In "Yes," Carrey plays a man who decides to say "yes" to every request and opportunity that comes his way. Sims plays the ex-wife he can't get out of his head. Zooey Deschanel and Bradley Cooper co-star in the Warner Bros./Village Roadshow film.

In "Panther," Sims plays a news anchor who chronicles the misadventures of Martin's bumbling Inspector Jacques Clouseau. Emily Mortimer, Andy Garcia and Alfred Molina also appear in the Columbia/MGM production. Aside from NBC's "Vegas," the former model has appeared in "Starsky & Hutch" and "The Benchwarmers." She is repped by WMA and Untitled Entertainment."
