Dawn Treader to film near Brisbane Australia

February 26, 2009 — Some of the ocean voyage scenes for the next Narnia film will likely be filmed in Moreton Bay near Brisbane, Australia. The Australian Environmental Protection Agency is supportive of the Fox/Walden Media productions plans to use the bay, and construct a pier that will be used for access to the large barge that will be used to simulate the Narnian ship Dawn Treader featured in the film.
