Remember that movie Romero was working on BEFORE Land of the Dead got greenlit? Yeah, the one about the rockin' zombies that was supposed to star Marilyn Manson, Gwen Stefani and more mega rock stars. Well apparently Romero is still interested in doing Diamond Dead, according to a scooper at AICN. Romero tells the scooper that "there's costume designs and everything, but they just don't have the money to do it yet." As you might know I was working pretty close to the project when it was initially in the works, and they lost the financing when Romero went off to do Land, but maybe him expressing interest will get these investors back.
