or are ppl remaking too many movie, espically the classics, such as this, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Dawn of the Dead, ect ect, think they're running out of good ideas...

is the original that good? i saw it a few months ago with friends, and we werent really concentrating, but it seemed pretty poor, and not much happened, i loved it, it was great, but it doesnt seem like there is any point remaking it, as there r no good bits to remake.

I agrea if you're gonna make a remake do it to a movie that had a great idea but never quite lived up to it like "Death Race 2000"

i like remakes, it gives a good story a chance to be better or to be worse. it really does depend of which movie they are remaking. like the texas chainsaw massacre really needed to be remade...sure they were funny, but they sucked in the scary catagory. the remake scared the hell out of me. alot of the old "scary" movies sucked and are begging to be remade w/todays special effects and ideas.
