I reaaly wanted to see this film because my favourite actress Sarah Michelle Gellar was in it Movie Review: My thoughts on this movie... The Grudge was the best horror film i have ever seen. Takashi Shimizus remake of his own very good horror classic from Japan "Ju-on" was brilliantly directed by Shimizu,well written by Stephen Susco and well acted by a fine cast. Sarah Michelle Gellar,in the first film EVER to have her name above the title and only her name above the tiltle of the film was terifific as Karen Davis while the rest of the cast were great. In short if you do not come out of The Grudge without your nerves fully shredded you must be dead inside already.
