Think it would be cool if Robin Williams played Ace's dad and he was a strange vet sort of spoofing Indiana Jones and the last crusade.

Robin Williams is Dr Ventura his Vet dad

Bruce Campbell is a swarmy rich villain who owns race horses

the plot revolves around Bruce's character fixing a race.

if there is no jim in this one, then it should be a prequel on how he became a pet dectective. if its a sequel, with out jim, it wouldnt work out. just like wiping before you poop, it dont make sense.
