Hello all, if this is the incorrect forum for this topic, I apologize...I know that studios have been making films, supposedly based on these shows, but since they stray so far from the source material, it makes me miss the days of Transformers, Thundercats, Voltron, and GI Joe, amongst others. Does anyone else agree? If so, what was your favorite and why? Mine were Transformers and Thundercats. I loved the Transformers: The Movie, not Bayformers, loved it so that I owned the VHS for years, before I lost it in a move. I loved Thundercats so much that I had a Thundercats sleeping bag, in addition to Lionel's sword, which my mother still has to this day. Yes, I'm a geek and proud of it.

I loved those shows too...the Ghostbusters show was the only show that I can think of that the movie came before the show. I didn't like Masters with Lungren and Langella, did you? But I loved TMNT, the first live action film, that truly captured the spirit of the source material (the comics, not the animated show).

lol well i won't lie, Masters Of The Universe the movie i loved and still do, i actually went and rented it the other night, i thought Langella was perfect for his part and did a great job, of course it was a little cheesy but it still had a great feel to me, i wished the fight at the end would have lasted longer though. And yeah the first live action TMNT movie was amazing and still is lol
