I, Robot was a colossal disappointment, but not necessarily a complete waste of time. It does touch on some of the concepts Asimov dealt with in his writings, but it has a surprising degree of action fluff. In fact, it plays a lot like the garden-variety summer action movie, complete with corny quips, humorous jabs, and outrageous stunts. Its a far better comedy than anything else.
