How about Short Circuit, batteries not included, A.I. and Bicentennial Man? They're all about robots too.

Yeah, I like Short Cut better than Terminator. It's... cuter? I mean, I prefer this kind of movies in which I like the robot hero... But Termi wasn't bad. And by the way, I just learned (and you probably already knew) that the Bicentennial Man was also inspired by one of Asimov's books.

For those who don't know me (which means for most of you), I have to tell you I'm the galaxy's biggest Gollum fan! If anyone else thinks he's cute, please write to me so I can see I'm not the only one and show my friends that I'm not totally crazy...
