March 29, 2005 — With the Academy Awards behind us the film world now looks to, another film extravaganza, the 58th Cannes Film Festival, which runs from May 11th to 21st. And Chinese films will feature prominently at the festival. Chinese director Chen Kaige's first martial-arts film 'The Promise', Hong Kong veteran filmmaker Xu Ke's 'Seven Swords' and Hollywood action star Jackie Chan's, 'The Myth' will premiere at the annual Golden Palm d'Or Awards.
