| How excited (or not) I am to see this movie... |

| This is my most anticipated film FOREVER. Ive been waiting since 99 for this movie. You dont understand how much excitement I had over this film. I was even defending the film on the JASON X boards. They were saying, This films gonna suck! No need to make Jason in space. I guess they were right..... |

| I cant tell you how much this film sucked. Literally, it sucked. I didnt like this film at all. From beginning to end, I was bored. No action. Thats when I really was expecting, action. I hated everything about this movie: the acting, the plot, the bad special effects. EVERYTHING. This film was a waste of time. Dont see it. Its boring. I read the original script and it was GREAT! I loved it. It was scary, it was bloody, it was action-packed! So much different then the film turned out. In the original script, when they find Jason frozen, they take him out and these robotic spiders come out and start shooting lazers at them, they even cut off one of the kids arms. In the film, Jason accidentally falls and cuts the kids arm off. The people who worked on this film are totally lazy. Another example, in the scene in the movie where Jason bangs those two girls against the tree, there were originally people playing volleyball, bunnies everywhere, and families having picnics. He kills them all. It as a funny scene. A bunny even comes up to Jason and say, Im a furry bunny! and Jason tears him apart. LOL. But they shortened the whole scene to him beating to death two girls. Horrible film. |

The DVD wasnt so bad, wouldnt buy it myself. It wasnt that bad. Its worth a rent, but not for the movie, LOL. The Jump to a Death feature was cool. So was the documentaries and Making-ofs. The only thing I actually like in the film is Uber-Jason. But you can look at the back of the box to see Uber-Jason. If you listen to the commentary, Todd Farmer the screenwriter says the film sucks. So the film sucks. If you dont want to see a bad film, dont see this. Thanks for reading my review. Bye. |
