Travis: We already got Todd Farmer's thoughts ... now in your words, what is Jason X all about?
Jim: For me it's about treating the material in a new, fresh way. The story is about a group of kids trying to get home...their main motivation is to survive. And we could have fun with it, because we could create weapons that could potentially put them and Jason on equal footing. I didn't just want to have a bunch of kids running around and ending up in the woodshed, flailing [about]. I wanted it to be bigger.
