Travis: So why don't you tell us a little about Jason X?
Todd: Jason X asks the question "what would happen if you take Jason out of the woods and you drop him in a situation that is completely unlike what he's used to...how would he handle himself?" That's part of where it came from. We [also] had Freddy Vs. Jason to deal with. We had to contend with the fact that it existed, and it was going to follow the storylines that already existed. We couldn't do a sequel to Jason Goes to Hell because we didn't know what Freddy Vs. Jason was going to [be about]. And it's [Freddy Vs. Jason] a tough nut to crack, but I think these guys have done it. Last I heard, it was greenlit, and it's going forward.
